    ITMSQ is a professional software to deal with pairs of peak in MSMS spectrum for same precursor. It provide two modules, including qualitative and quantitative, and the qualitative module has the function of splitting spectrum. ITMSQ can increase the number of protein more than 20 percent, while the quantitative module have multiple parameters that can be set.

    ITMSQ is developed by C#, so all the user must install Microsoft .net framework first, the you can open the main interface of ITMSQ by double clicking "ITMSQ.exe". You can upload RAW files produced by mass spectrometer of Thermo Company by clicking "Select Raw Files", and set the path of sequest program by clicking "Select The path of the sequest". Finally, you click "Identification ", get the fully analysis result of proteome identificaiton.
